What is Remifemin?
Remifemin is a standardised, natural herbal extract used for the relief of hormonal

Remifemin is a natural product that has been used for hormonal symptoms and

Dosage
2 x 1 tablet per day, one in the morning, one in the evening. Clinical studies show that
up to four tablets can be taken per day.
Tablets to be taken daily with cold water, not to be chewed or sucked.
For Pre-Menopausal women Remifemin can be taken at any time during the menstrual
cycle.
Important
Remifemin should be taken for a minimum of two months before its effectiveness should
be assessed. First, therapeutic effects may initially be felt after two weeks of treatment.
However in some cases relief may not be felt until the 5th or 6th week
Effectiveness may vary depending on the individual. The results of the treatment may
improve further over prolonged usage. On a rare occasion a user may experience a
slightly upset stomach.
Composition
1 tablet contains: Standardised extract of Cimicifuga racemosa equivalent to
0.018 - 0.026 ml liquid extract of Cimicifuga rootstock ( 0.78 - 1.14 : 1 ).
Warnings
Use only as directed and consult your doctor if symptoms persist. Free of gluten,
yeast, preservatives, artificial colours. Contains peppermint oil for flavour. As a good
health care practice women are advised to see their health care professional every 6
months.
